Easily adaptable
We have created a specific Stainless Steel profile with a Duralene® core which guarantees its adaptability to the hull. Its Patented process prevents deformation and allows bending on difficult angles with a minimal effort.
The joint caps keep the bars perfectly aligned, thereby avoiding multiple and unnecessary drilling without altering the pitch.
The PVC base is supplied in continuous rolls cut to size. This solves the issue of unsightly cuts typical of traditional systems with rigid PVC bases, which are instead supplied in bars.

The PVC base is placed on the boat with paper tape. The base can be cut to the right boat size to avoid any waste or interruption.
Steel bars are pre-drilled and are secured together with the base using one screw only for both components. Bow and stern bends are created directly on the boat, that works as bending template. We recommend the use of a wood template only in presence of very sharp and difficult boat side bends.
Our well-designed and functional joint caps perfectly cover the gaps at junctures and keep the bars perfectly aligned to avoid any aesthetical problem of double screws. Finish with silicone on the head of the bar and install the end cap which must partially overcome the end of the profile (it must not be fixed on its side).
